Beef Wellington is a delicacy, often served on Christmas or special occasions, that many may think is difficult to prepare. In this short video, I show how to make an Italian version of the beef wellington and share a few tips and techniques to make it easier to prepare.
Puff pastry, prosciutto, sundried tomato pesto, a center cut beef tenderloin and plastic wrap are all you need to make a delicious entree that your family will never forget.
